D System American Sankey stainless steel body, 1/2 thread keg coupler. CVD0000000. The keg coupler provides an opening for pressurised gas to enter the keg, as well as an opening for beer to exit the keg without turbulence. The D System or American Sankey coupler is the most widely available in North America. It is used by the majority of American brewers: Anheuser Bush, Miller, Molson Coors and Labbat, as well as local craft beer makers. The coupler is attached to the keg by turning slightly until locked.
